Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Exemptions
The following types of goods are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable articles and software products
  • Gift cards

Required Documentation
Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books or articles with evident signs of use
  • Electronics, software, or media that have been opened
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items returned after the 30-day period

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges

Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement with the same item. Please contact us via support and we will guide you to proceed with mailing to our physical address.


Gifts

For gift returns:

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping for Returns

Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If approved for a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Recommendations
For high-value items, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
